ELC Mission Statement
At ELC, our purpose statement is Glorify God. Our purpose is to connect people to God and to be transformed by God. This purpose is why we do what we do. We strive to live in the image of Jesus Christ.
This drives everything that we do. We believe that the church’s purpose and values come from the Bible which is the inspired word of God. Following the priorities taught and lived by Christ; we believe the great focus of a Christian life is to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself. Living in these relationships with God and each other means becoming faithful, generous in spirit, broadminded and passionate children of God who pursue a Christ-
